In November 2004 Youth Arise embarked on its first official overseas evangelistic mission. This garnered the attention of both local and national Catholic media. For 3 1/2 weeks 22 members of Youth Arise 2004 worked, prayed, evangelized, and served in Belfast Northern Ireland. The team worked alongside both Protestant and Catholic organizations in this strife-filled region of the world. It was a time of great grace and an outpouring of God's goodness, mercy, and faithfulness for each member of the team.

The second article is a feature article in the national Catholic weekly periodical, Our Sunday Visitor. OSV wanted to profile Catholic works of evangelization in the United States that targeted young adults. Youth Arise was very fortunate to get the lead story in this feature.
