Apply (DTA)

Applications deadline is June 15, 2007.
Late Fees: June 16-30, 2007 = $20; July 1-15, 2007 = $50.

How does the application process work?

1. Download an DTA application.
2. Complete the application and email it to the following address: sne@spoweb.org.
3. Upon receiving the application, the St. Paul's Outreach and Youth Arise staff will examine your application and possibly call for an interview and/or send you an acceptance letter.
4. You will then be registered in our systems and sent a payment slip. Please DO NOT send payment before you are accepted.
