Apply (MTA)

Applications will be accepted February 1, 2007 – May 1, 2007.
Applicants will be notified of their status between May 5–10, 2007.

How does the application process work?

1. Contact Youth Arise and let us know of your interest in the academies.
2. Download an MTA application.
3. Complete the application and send it to the following address:
   • Andrea Prisby
     Youth Arise North America
     711 W. University Dr.
     Tempe, AZ 85282
4. Upon receiving the application Youth Arise staff will send Reference forms via email or postal mail to the persons listed on your application as "References."
5. Youth Arise staff will contact you (the applicant) to arrange an in-person or phone interview.
6. Upon completion of the application, interview, and references the Youth Arise staff will notify you of your status by May 10, 2007.
